Dark Cut

Alright this thing is pretty dark. You're playing a medieval doctor or surgeon though both of those medical terms are used very loosely as you're more of a modern day Tijuana back alley hack. So perform surgery and "cure" wounds and well basically everything from military wounds to curing the plague using leaches, hacksaws, and well you probably get the picture. So go ahead and play a middle ages surgeon.
