Mailbox Prank

Ok this is worthwhile. A few guys get the bright idea of pulling a stupid prank in a mailbox in the UK ( guessing UK due to the mailbox ) and what seems just another annoying prank screwing with the mail winds up with a pragmatic approach to just getting the chore done. Probably a Texan vacationing overseas.
